Cherished father of Petty Office 2nd Class Jason Kelsaw and his wife Amy and step-father of Bethany Burnett; Loving son of Betty J. Kelsaw and the late Walter T. Kelsaw; Loving brother of Steve Kelsaw and his wife Kathie; he was a loving uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. Scott worked for Huntleigh Securities Corporation for 8 years. He is a member of the St. Louis Family Church in Chesterfield. He loved the outdoors and playing golf.
