Scott K. Whitbeck on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at the age of 53, Heaven gained an amazing man. Beloved husband of Angela "Angie" Whitbeck; cherished son of Diane (David Kohnen) Skiver and Gary Whitbeck; devoted father of Nicole Whitbeck, Amanda Whitbeck, Melinda "Mindy" Whitbeck and Christina "Chrissy" Whitbeck; loving grandfather of Elina "Ellie"; and dear brother of Tamara "Tammi" (Kevin) Janiga. Scott was also survived by nieces, nephews, other friends and relatives.
He was brilliant, hard-working, genuinely kind hearted and selfless to name a few of the qualities that have helped him leave an imprint on this world. A devoted father and husband, Scott loved spending time with his family especially his wife of 24 years, Angela, and their four daughters. He also loved animals, especially cats and dogs and watching hummingbirds. In his free time, he enjoyed using his talents to complete projects around the house, including home remodeling and design and he was a genius on the computer. He had a big heart and loved to help others and was awarded the Citizen Life Saver award by the Monarch Fire Department. Scott excelled at anything he put his mind to. He was dearly loved and will be immensely missed by all who knew him.
