Scott Thomas Smothers

Scott Thomas Smothers, of Saint Clair, MO, passed away Friday, September 13, 2024 at the age of 58. Beloved husband of Thea Smothers; cherished son of the late Curtis and Virginia Smothers; devoted father of Sandra (Doug) and Robert (Kat); stepfather of Marty (Deanna), Justin (Jessica), Lilith (Salem) and Kenneth; loving grandfather of 14; dear brother of Jerry, Viki and Angie; Scott is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and Glaziers Union brothers.

Scott was an active member of the Glaziers Union Local 513 since 1997, as well as the St. Clair Elk’s Club. 

Scott was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping. He never met a stranger. His greatest love was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Scott was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
