Sharon Elaine Blanton (nee Griffith), of Troy, MO, Thursday October 12, 2017, age 74. Loving wife of the late Ralph E. Blanton; beloved daughter of the late Edward Griffith and Virginia Dillon; devoted mother of Mary (Shannon Meier) Valentine and Don (Sonya) Blanton; cherished grandmother of Robert Valentine, Stephen Blanton, Franklin Bates III, Kayla Bates, Samuel Blanton, Nikki Frisbey, Kristie Nay, and Brandon Schwartz; treasured great-grandmother of Eight; dearest sister of Edward L. (Joyce) Griffith, Sandy (Paul) Masterson, Randy Dillon; beloved aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her brother Richard Dillon.
Sharon was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
