Anderson, Shirley Ann (nee: Bell) of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at the age of 82.

Cherished daughter of the late Edward and Oma Bell; devoted mother of Donna (Charles) Killian, Dennis (the late Connie) Wideman and Christine Anderson; loving grandmother of Chuck (Angela) Killian, Scott (Heather) Killian, Sarah (A.J.) Grote, Cary Killian, and Daniel (Aimee) Wideman; treasure great-grandmother of Carman, Ryan, Kaylee, Tyler, McKenzee, Cheyanne, Hayden, Evan, Carley, Lucas, Molly, Caleb, Abrie, Lane, and Isaiah; treasured great-great-grandmother of Juvia, Declan, Kyron and Marlie; dear sister of Margie Bell and Carol (Cecil) Chambers. Shirley was preceded in death by her son Ronald Wideman, sister Ora “Tootsie” Parmaly, brother Gene Bell and former husband Thomas Anderson.

Shirley had a green thumb for flowers, her favorites being violets, clematis, yellow roses with just a touch of pink. She enjoyed playing cards with friends and bowling. Shirley loved cats, especially her calico cat named Annie. Shirley was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Shirley’s honor to the Humane Society of MO or Five Acres Animal Shelter.
