Shirley Cox

Shirley M. Cox (nee Conwell), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at the age of 91. Beloved wife for 40 years of the late William Cox; cherished daughter of the late Sidney and Flora Conwell. Devoted mother of William Michael (Donna) Cox and Barbara (David) Lancaster; loving grandmother of Justin, Laura, Cordell, Taylor, and Peyton; treasured great-grandmother of Cooper; dear sister of Bobby (Mary) Conwell and Betty (Lance) Parrish.

Shirley was a faithful member of New Hope Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of Rose Hill Chapter of the Eastern Star being a Past Worthy Matron. She was also a member of the Baue Call Group, and at one time was President. Shirley loved to travel and volunteering as a tour guide at the tourism center on St. Charles Main Street. Shirley was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Shirley's name to Shriner's Children Hospital or Five Acres Animal Shelter.
