Shirley Deane Blackburn

Blackburn, Shirley Deane, of St. Peters, MO, died on Monday, October 29, 2012. Daughter of the late Raymond and Sylvia Kasper; mother of Charles (Elizabeth), James (Dawn), Gary (Gerri), and Scott (Carrie) Blackburn; sister of Betty Lorene Craig and Mary Ellen (Richard) Rhodes; beloved grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend to many. She is preceded in death by her son, Kenneth David Blackburn, and her brothers, Raymond and Richard Kasper. Memorials to American Heart Association.
