Shirley Deloris Brown

Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society. Shirley Deloris Brown was born to Arnold and Beulah Hunn in St. Charles, Missouri. She is preceded in death by her loving parents. Mrs. Brown was a social worker and employed by N.E.C.A.C. for fourteen years. She was a member of Eastern Star, the Franklin School Alumni Association and volunteered for the Sacred Heart Academy Christmas Drive for 27 years. She is survived by her dear husband, Willie Lee Brown of St. Charles, Missouri; 7 children: Valerie Shelton of St. Louis, Missouri, Shelia Gilford of Los Angeles, California, Sharon Hudnut (James), Betty Shelton and Starla Mack all of St. Charles, Missouri, Leonard Shelton of El Paso Texas and Lori Brown (Stevie) of St. Charles, Missouri; 8 step grandchildren: Willie Brown, Jr., Robert Brown (Stacy), George Brown, Rick Brown, Larry Brown, Ernestine Brown, Ruth Ingram all of St. Charles, Missouri and Magnolia Brown of Gary Indiana; three brothers: Arnold Hunn of Peoria, Illinois, Earl Hunn of St. Charles, Missouri and Kenneth Hunn (Betty) of St. Peters, Missouri; four sisters: Minnie Wilson of Peoria, Illinois, Ida Belle Kemp and Gloria McTurner of Tucson, Arizona, Sandra Blunt (Rev. Aaron) of St. Louis, Missouri; 30 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a son, Arnold Shelton.
