Shirley Gloria Moore

Shirley Gloria Moore (nee Owens), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020. She reached the age of 69.

She was born in Wright City, Missouri to Richard and Martha (nee Washington) Owens on August 1, 1951.

Shirley graduated from Wright City high school in 1969. She married Clifford Moore April 28, 1984. She worked for MEMC for 35 years. She loved traveling. She traveled with her bowling team for state and national tournaments. Her highlight traveling was going to Kansas City and Arkansas. She enjoyed being around her family and friends.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Clifford Moore; her daughter, Tanya (Kevin) Palmer of Kansas City, MO, son, Darrel (Sarah) Dierker of Troy, MO, daughter, Robin (Terry) Rogers of Jonesboro, AR, and her beloved granddaughter Lisa Moore; godson, Juan Roundtree; plus 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Daisey Owens of Wright City, MO, and Susie Dierker, of Wright City, MO, and Sharon Owens of Warrenton, MO; brother-in-law Charles Edwards of Wright City, MO; aunt Daisy Mozee of Wright City, MO; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Richard and Martha, one daughter, one son, and grandson; 3 sisters and 4 brothers.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Breast Cancer Research.
