Shirley J. Mitchell

Mitchell, Shirley J., of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the age of 81. Loving wife of the late William R. Mitchell; beloved daughter of the late Robert and Amelia Allen; devoted mother of Debbie (Luke) Boenker, Tim (Pam) Mitchell, and Cindy Mitchell; cherished grandmother of Jamie Mitchell and Darby Waligorski; dear sister of Mary (Ken) Kretz, Melba (Don) Baumgardner, Barbara (Jim) Massie, and Robert (Esther) Allen; she is also survived by her grand puppies, Angel, Brissie, Jazmin, and Oscar. She is preceded in death by her sons Billy and Danny Mitchell, and her sisters Amelia, Laura, Marion, and Dorothy. Shirley loved playing Bingo, she enjoyed knitting and crocheting; she was a member of All Saints Catholic Church since 1992 and volunteered at church for funeral luncheons. A special thank you to our aunts, our uncle, family and friends who have helped us through our trying times.
