Shirley Mae Kost

Memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association or The American Heart Association. Shirley Kost, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Sunday, December 2, 2007 at the age of 78. Loving mother of Stephen (Linda) Bodnar, Rayna (Ralph) Paul, Kevin (Sharon) Kost, Michele (Tom) Smith and Philip "Scooter" Kost; dear sister of Barbara Ann Lard; cherished grandmother of thirteen and great grandmother of fifteen; preceded in death by her husband, Philip Frank Kost; her parents, Ray and Mary Elizabeth Zimbleman Smith; a sister, Eunice Ray Sapetti and a brother; John B. Smith. Mrs. Kost was a member of St. Peters American Legion Auxiliary as well as a past president and secretary. She was also a long time Girl Scout leader.
