Shirley Williams

Williams, Shirley (nee: Cantrell) of O’Fallon, MO, died at the age of 77. Loving wife of the late William R. Williams; beloved daughter of the late Floyd and Bernice Cantrell; devoted mother of Daniel T. (Tammy) Williams and the late David R. Williams (Squeak); cherished grandmother of Keli M. Williams and Kyle T. Williams; dear sister of Saundra (Sonnie) Skiles of Plant City, Florida and Floyd H. (the late Ruth) Cantrell, Jr. of Warrenton, MO; beloved aunt to Jeffery, Kevin, and Terry Skiles, Wayne Cantrell, Lisa Elliott, and Dana Poindexter.

Shirley was a proud graduate of RGHS in 1956 where she was active in a number of school social clubs and sports. The meaningful relationships that Shirley developed and nurtured during those formative years followed throughout her life as she helped to coordinate school reunions and annual picnics as a means to stay connected. She was a friend to many.
