Silvian Ray King

Silvian Ray King, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, September 13, 2024 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Jo Anne King; cherished son of the late Riley and Beatrice King; devoted father of Jeffrey (Stacie) King and the late Tamara King; loving grandfather of Andrew King, Austin King, Aiden King and Keith Gurthar; treasured great-grandfather of Arthur King, Shelby Walton and Austin Sadler; dear brother of Deanette King, Berndean Courch, Randy King and the late Gay King. 

Silvian proudly and honorably served in the United States Army was a member of American Legion Post 312 in St. Charles.

Silvian and his wife had been together since second grade, he was very dedicated to her and their family. He was a wonderful person who would always give anyone the time of day or the shirt off his back.

Silvian was a regular at JJ's Restaurant in St. Charles, where the staff was like a second family to him. They never wanted him to pay, but he always left great tips for the staff.

Silvian was a big sports guy, he played football, basketball and track in high school and was a big St. Louis Cardinals fan. He also loved race cars and his dog, Runner.

Silvian was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Silvian's name to American Legion Post 312 in St. Charles.
