Stanley C. McLean, 82, of St. Peters, Missouri, died July 10, 2015 in Chesapeake, Virginia. He was born August 8, 1932 in St. Louis, Missouri to John Joseph and Hannah Marie (Domino) McLean. He was committed in his faith to the Lord and his Son, Jesus Christ, dedicated to his family, and continuously looking for ways to improve himself and the world he lived in. An engineering graduate with honors from Washington University, he worked as an engineer at McDonnell Douglas for 40 years. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and worked as an usher for the St. Louis Cardinals for over 20 years. Stan served as a Docent at the St. Louis Zoo and volunteered at the Missouri Botanical Gardens and the St. Louis Art Museum. He is survived by his wife, Joan McLean; children, Deborah Kesterson, Dennis (Jennifer) McLean and Cheryl (Bob) Essmann; 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, John McLean; and his sister, Julita Davis.
