Starla Mae Rector

Starla Mae Rector (nee Wolf), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Monday, February 17, 2025, at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Charles Rector; cherished daughter of the late William Wolf and Edna Lane; cherished mother of Eric (Katie Willenberg) Rector; dear cousin of Julie Mound, Jim Mound, the late Richard Mound, and the late Kenneth Mound. 

Starla loved horseback riding and had a deep passion for animals, cherishing the bond she shared with them. She also adored dogs, finding joy and comfort in their loyal companionship. Starla was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Starla's name to Longmeadow Rescue Ranch or St. Louis Senior Dog Project.
