Stephen Mark Lower

Dear son of Paul Lower and Ruth Ann Lower; dear brother of David Lower (Leon); cherished grandson of the late George & Martha Sekerak and William & Margaret Lower. He is survived by his many friends. Stephen worked for MEMC in St. Peters, Missouri as a Line Tech for 12 years.
