Steven “Buster” Brown

Steven Henry Brown, of O'Fallon, MO, passed away at the age of 71 on Saturday, May 2, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and June Brown; and his brother, Roy Brown.

Steven is survived by his beloved wife, Gerrie Brown; his children, Laura (John) Kane and Stephanie Tucker; his grandchildren, Russell Tucker, Katie (Matt) Lindhorst-Amsler, Alexandria (Jake) Silverman, Michael Kane, and Samantha Tucker; his great-grandchildren, Taylor and Kaillen; and his sister, Cheryl (Todd) Taylor.

Steven enjoyed spending his time outdoors and often looked forward to the days where he could just relax through fishing, swimming, or boating. He also liked to have a good time bowling or working on his model train collection. Above everything, Steven always put his family first and was a constant source of unconditional love for them. He always had a smile for them, even when those he cared about were going through rough times, and his family could count on his strength. Steven had the special ability to bring calm to a storm and to always find light where there was darkness. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
