Steven Neal of Saint Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 64 on Sunday, November 22, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Evelyn Neal.
Steven is survived by his wife, Janet Neal; his daughter, Jesse Neal; his stepsons, Rickey Foust, Jr. and Christopher (Alyssa) Foust; his grandchildren, Zion and Jasmine; and his siblings, Jeanine Mayden, Michael (Debbie) Neal, and Kim (Robert) Hicks.
Steven proudly and honorably served in the United States Marine Corps where he earned the designation of a rifle sharpshooter and Meritorious Mast awards. He was active with the Moose Lodge in St. Charles. He had a creative spirit and was a talented lyricist who enjoyed singing, playing guitar, drawing, and art. There was a special place in his heart for all dogs, but he especially loved his dog Jake. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
