Sue Zina Lupia

Sue Zina Lupia (nee Spiguzza), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Friday, August 30, 2024 at the age of 102. Beloved wife of the late Francis Lupia; cherished daughter of the late Anthony and Lena Spiguzza; stepdaughter of Josephine Spiguzza; devoted mother of Ann F. (Retired Chief Robert Orr) Orr, Carol S. (Jim) Jones, John (Nancy) Lupia Sr. and the late Ann Frances Lupia; loving grandmother of Rob (Tracy) Orr, Christopher P. Orr, John (Nicolette) Lupia Jr. and Jennifer (Dave) van Garderen; treasured great-grandmother of Olivia Grace Orr; bonus grandmother of Lea (Brandon) Martin; dear sister of Marie (the late Dan) Collier, Jean (E.J.) Sporleader, the late Salvator (Grace) Spiguzza, the late Joseph (Jeanette) Spiguzza, the late Peter Spiguzza, the late Lena (Dominic) Caruso and the late Thomasine Edwards. Susie is also survived by 20 nieces & nephews and 40 great nieces and great nephews.

Sue was a breast cancer survivor. She loved gambling and traveling to Las Vegas, watching her soap operas and having her cup of coffee. Sue will always be remembered for being a fantastic Italian cook. 

Susie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Susie's name to Siteman Cancer Center or Backstoppers.
