Dearest wife of the late James Isaac Probus; beloved daughter of the late Benjamin A. and Emma Thompson; devoted mother of Jim W. (Joyce) Probus, J. Faye Probus and Kaye (Bill) Rankin; cherished grandmother of Mike (Cheryl) Rankin, Susan (Kenny) Lafferty, Jill (Melvin) Brinkmann, Laura Rankin, Jim Probus, Karen (John) White and Judy (Charlie) Beasley; great-grandmother of April Sommer, Justin Rankin, Joshua Rankin, Jana Crawford, Adam Sommer, Jonathan White, Alex Lafferty, Jennifer White, Jessika Rankin, Jason White, Jim White, Natalie Jarvis, Ryan Brinkmann, Nick Brinkmann, Tyler Probus and Tori Probus; and great-great-grandmother of Teagan Rose Brinkmann and Logan Crawford. She is preceded in death by siblings J. W. Thompson, Benjamin A. Thompson, Jr. and Rose Hagan. Sue was a member of the Quilter's club at St. Barnabas, Senior Citizens of O'Fallon and St. Barnabas Catholic Church.
