Sylvester "Bud" Wamhoff, Jr., of St. Charles, MO, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy mother Church on Monday, May 5, 2014 at the age of 79. Bud was born on May 26, 1934 to Sylvester H. Wamhorff, Sr. and Agnes Wamhoff. He graduated from St. Louis University High School, then St. Louis University College in 1970 and went on into banking for 45 years at Lindell Trust.
Sylvester is survived by his loving wife Marilyn D. Wamhoff; daughter Jean M. (Matt) Kovatovich; grandchildren Adam Kovatovich and Sarah Kovatovich; and siblings Betty Lickenbrock, Helene (Jack) Kruse, John (Carol) Wamhoff, Robert Wamhoff, and Mary Ann (Dean Wooten) Wamhoff. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law Eugene Lickenbrock, and sister-in-law Donna Wamhoff.
Bud was a devoted member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church where he served as a lector and on the finance committee. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing and traveling this beautiful country. His greatest passion in life was spending time with his family. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
