Beloved mother of Ralph (Martha) Sellers, Donald (Loretta) Sellers, Mary Lee Brennan, Richard (JoAnn) Sellers, Elizabeth (and the late Charles) Adcock and Patricia Eklund; dear sister of the late Edward Ritter, Finis Ritter and Mary Alice (nee: Ritter); cherished grandmother of 11 and the late Kevin Brennan, Sr., great grandmother of 27 and great great grandmother of 8. Sylvia was a registered nurse and devoted her life to family and the care and comforting of the sick and infirm. She provided her professional and compassionate services at St. Mary’s Hospital, St. Louis University Hospital, and for the last 35 years of her career, St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles. She will be forever remembered by friends and family alike as a devoted mother who provided loving and wise counsel to her children, grandchildren and great grand children. Her devotion to family and her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, were unparalled. She was a devoted parish member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cottleville.
