Sylvia Joy Gerdemann

Gerdemann, Sylvia Joy, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at the age of 74. Dear wife of Gene Gerdemann; dearest daughter of the late Frederick S. and Marguerite Pope; devoted mother to Lisa (Eric) Hinrichs, Steven (Kristine) Gerdemann and Eric (Nicole) Gerdemann; loving grandmother to Rachel, Abbie, Ryan, Alaina, Logan and Gramm Oak; dearest sister to Marguerite Peterson, Rosemary Page, Merrill Pope, David Pope and the late Patricia Gliedt; loving aunt and friend of many. She was employed as a Social Worker LMSW at SSM St. Joseph Hospital and was a social worker for 35 years. Sylvia's greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends. Memorials may be made to American Cancer or Faith United Methodist Church.
