Taffy Annette (Partee)Lee was born in St. Louis, Missouri on October 12, 1967 to Laura Bell Partee. She departed this life on April 14, 2023 and has moved on to take her place in heaven where she will be welcomed by all those went before her.
Taffy attended the Normandy School district for most of her life. She graduated from Jennings High School. She later went on to attend Elaine Stevens Beauty College and became a licensed cosmetologist. Taffy was a very talented and creative beautician. That creativity allowed her to work with many famous artist such as Vickie Winans, Hezakiah Walker, etc. She owned her own beauty salon”Hair By Taffy”.
She professed her hope in Christ at a very early age. She was a member of New Good Hope Church where she sang in the choir. She later became a member of West End Mt. Carmel MBC. She moved to Warrenton, Missouri where she became a member of Bogey Hills Baptist Church of St. Charles. She became an ordained Pastor through United Ministries, Inc. She was a caretaker, especially when it came to children. She enjoyed catering and cooking. But more than anything, family was her biggest priority. Taffy loved spending time with her kids, and her grandchildren, who brought her so much joy.
Taffy was joined in holy matrimony to Robert S. Lee on April 2, 2000. It was very clear that Robert Lee was the love of her life and her soul mate. They took very good care of one another and remained best friends until her departure from this life.
Those that preceded her in death were a loving mother Laura Bell Partee, a loving father Luther Clemons Sr., two brothers Luther Clemons Jr and Fredrick Clemons, and one sister Gwen Saunders. Taffy leaves behind a loving and caring family: beloved wife of Robert S. Lee; loving mother to daughter Kiana Laurae Chambers; sons Brandon Dennis Bailey(Taylor), Tyron E. Groves, Shawn C. Rogers; cherished grandmother of I’Yah Lanae Williams, Ki’Lan Demir Williams, Ja’Kiyah Lanette Chambers; sister of Burnett Cothrine, Jeannette Saxon(Orlando), Charles J. Partee(Victoria), Kathy Hall, Jessie Clemons(Lois), Warren Clemons, Walter Clemons, Thomas Clemons(Diane), Rodney Clemons(Catherine), Robert Clemons, Sandra Furr and Vera Nailing; One Loving Uncle Willie Sharp Evansville, Indiana; God-daughter Dashara Cannon; God-grandchildren Amethyst Love, Araeyah Blair, Rhydian Blair, Rheydin Blair, Astrid Blair and a host of Nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Taffy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
