Tara Shadaksharappa

Tara Shadaksharappa (nee Konchera), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Gowdara Shadaksharappa; cherished daughter of the late Thippaiah and Thippamma Konche; devoted mother of Hamsa (Sushma) Shadaksharappa and Asha Shadaksharappa Lundal; loving grandmother of Shaila and Shad Lundal, and Diya and Rishi Shadaksharappa; dear sister of the late Mahantha Konchera.

Tara was a wonderfully talented person who was always a big part of the community, offering energy and love in abundance. She loved her family, gardening, and cooking and was a truly amazing host. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who was unafraid to provide guidance and protection. Tara was a friend to many in the neighborhood and a cherished member of the Indian community all around St Louis. She leaves behind a simple beauty in everything she has touched.

We will miss her warm smile and soft hugs immensely.

The family would prefer flowers at Tara's service in lieu of donations to honor her love of flowers.
