Teresa Jayne Grass Moore

Teresa Jayne Grass Moore (nee: Gilardi) of St. Charles, passed away on February 9, 2017 at The Villages of St. Peters at the age of 92. Born November 24, 1924, she was preceded in death by first husband, Lloyd Earl Grass in 1978, second husband T. Donald Moore in 2009, her parents Lawrence and Bernice Gilardi and by great-grandsons Hudson and Gage Morris. Survived by sons, Lloyd “Pete” Grass, Jr., Greg Grass (Patti), daughter Jayne Mueller (Larry), stepdaughter Sheryl Larkin (Bruce), grandchildren Jason and Jacob Grass, Jessica Morris (Darin), Emily East (Erik), Meredith Kuhlmann (Jeff), step grandchildren Brian Larkin (Lisa) and Todd Larkin (Michelle), great-grandchildren, Quinn and Jude Morris, Owen East, Ellie and Lucy Kuhlmann, step great-grandchildren Connor, Paige, Emma and Kate Larkin and sister-in-law Joan Moore. Along with both of her spouses, Teresa was a long-time member of Bogey Hills Country Club where they had numerous friends. Teresa was not much of an accomplished golfer but always looked like she could play with the proper attire and equipment. Bogey Hills served as the outlet for her most important commandment in life, which was, “always have fun”. Her family would like to express gratitude to Cora, Darah and the rest of the caring staff of The Villages of St. Peters for the attentive care provided to Teresa for the past seven years. Memorial Celebration is scheduled for Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Baue Funeral Home on West Clay.
