The Hon. Larry Wines, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at the age of 57. Loving husband of Janelle Wines (nee: Chinberg); dear son of the late Frank P. and Audrey M. Wines; devoted father of Nathan (Carrie) Bretz, Shavon (Richard) Little, and Brittany (Brandon Davis) Wines; cherished grandfather of Michael Bretz, Lucas Wines, Jaxson Davis, and Sebastian Little; dear brother of John (Cheryl) Wines; and dearest Godfather of Dr. Brook Dix. He is preceded in death by his grandson Joseph Little.
The Honorable Larry Wines was a judge and attorney throughout his life. He was a member of the St. Louis University Alumni Association, Missouri Bar Association, Rhodes Scholar, a Forensic Scientist, and author and speaker. Although he had many passions in life, his greatest passion was his family. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
