Theresa F. Allen (nee Zappulla), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022 at the age of 81. Cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Pauline Zappulla; devoted mother of Michael (Sharon Todd) Allen, Glenn Allen, Steven Allen, and Tracey Rockafellow; beloved grandmother of many. Theresa is also preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph and Angelo Zappulla.

Theresa was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
