Thomas A. “Tom” Oelklaus

Oelklaus, Thomas A. "Tom", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the age of 68. Loving husband of the late Sandra Oelklaus; beloved son of the late Edward Fredrick and Dorothy Catherine Oelklaus; devoted brother of Alicia Bange, Margaret Betsinger, Edward (Judy) Oelklaus, and Rick Oelklaus; dear uncle of Bryon (Cheryl) Betsinger, Alicia Schroeder-Betsinger, and Janet (Bobby Mitchner) Oelklaus; loving great-uncle of Bryon Jr., Matthew, Randy, Elizabeth, and August. Tom is also survived by many other cousins, relatives, and friends. Tom proudly served his country in US Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed at Pio's for many years where he wore many hats. Tom was also a member of the American Legion and VFW of St. Charles for many years.
