Thomas Courtaway

Thomas Courtaway of Chesterfield, MO, passed away at the age of 70 on Sunday, November 8, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Virginia Courtaway; his brother, Richard Courtaway; and his niece, Katie Trask.

Thomas is survived by his son, Eric (Shanda) Courtaway; his grandchildren, Liberty and Maverik Courtaway; his sister, Patricia (the late Michael) Trask; his niece, Melissa (Josh) O’Donnell; his son’s mother, Laurie Fortenbury; and his great-niece and nephew, Izzy and Noah O’Donnell.

A former employee of St. Louis Review and Riverport Amphitheater, Tom had a lifelong passion for music and prided himself on his extensive collection of cd’s and records. He was a fan of all sports and always loved to sit down and watch a game unfold. Tom will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial contributions in Thomas’s name may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.

A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later day due to COVID.
