Thomas Gerald Wade

Thomas Gerald Wade, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Mary Wade (nee Barrett); cherished son of the late William Joseph and Mildred Wade; devoted father of Thomas (Lisa) Wade, Jr. and Danielle (Matthew) Whitehead; loving grandfather of Evan and Nolan Wade, and William and August Whitehead; dear brother of Donald (Sylvia) Wade, James (Kathleen) Wade the late William Wade, Kenneth Wade, and Deborah Reisinger. Thomas is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Tom was a longtime employee of General Motors, retiring after a rewarding 40 year career, and was also a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church. Tom enjoyed being active and spending time outdoors, especially bike riding and kayaking. He also enjoyed weightlifting, playing pool, and was an avid soccer fan, coach and player. Tom was a dedicated and devoted family man, who is lovingly remembered as an endlessly loving, generous, kind and charismatic husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tom's honor preferred to Our Little Haven or Crisis Nursery.
