He is also survivied by 1 niece and 4 nephews. Mr. Soltis was an Executive Vice President of Roosevelt National Bank in St. Louis, MO for 25 years and a Certified Financial Planner. Mr. Soltis was an avid fisherman and enjoyed tying his own flies. He was a patient carpenter of great skill, enjoyed his family, friends family traditions.
