Thomas J. “Tom” Morrissey

September 3, 1933 — February 12, 2021

Thomas “Tom” Joseph Morrissey, of O'Fallon, MO, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Wanata Morrissey; cherished son of the late John and Wilma Morrissey; devoted father of Melissa (Paul) Hughes, and Thomas "Tom" J. (Susan) Morrissey Jr.; loving grandfather of Emily (Anthony) Hughes; dear sister of Jean (the late Bob) Baker, Joan (the late Jim) Grimes, Max Morrissey, and the late John Morrissey; Tom was a beloved uncle and friend to many.

Tom proudly and honorably served in the United States Navy. He was a very easy going, kind and social person who had a contagious laugh. Tom loved his ice cream and soda. Tom was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Tom's name to Stray Rescue of St. Louis or Humane Society of St. Louis.
