Thomas Koulan

Thomas Koulan, of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at the age of 90. Loving husband of the late Peggy Koulan; beloved son of the late John and Edna Koulan; devoted father of the late Connie (Bob) Franken; step-father of Paul Arnold and Mike Dersham; cherished grandfather of Frankie Meier, Jerri Miller, and Mat Arnold; treasured uncle of Patti Fisher. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Winefred Koulan.

Thomas proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a member of VFW, American Legion, Elks, Korean Vet Chap #6, and Polish Legion. Thomas enjoyed races, drag races and working on cards. Thomas was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
