Thomas P. Ahrens
March 29, 1948 — February 19, 2022
Thomas P. Ahrens, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the age of 73. Devoted father of Amy Catherine Ahrens, Rachael Ann Hemann, Rebecca Lynn Ahrens and Patrick Robert (Tracey) Ahrens and step-father of Johnathan (Jennifer) Giallenco and Joanne Block; loving grandfather of Quinn, Mark, Jacob, Charles, Ella, Emily and Meghan; dear brother of John Ahrens and Peggy (Dwight) Boelhauf. Thomas is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Edna F. Ahrens, his parents, Alfred John and Catherine Gertrude Ahrens and his brother, Michael (the late Deborah) Ahrens.
Thomas was a proud United States Army veteran. He was also a member of American Legion Post 1000 for many years. He enjoyed being outdoors; fishing and gardening were hobbies he loved. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed football also. Thomas loved his family with everything he had and they were very important to him. Thomas was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
