Thomas "Tom" D. Sims

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Thomas “Tom” D. Sims on Saturday, July 13th. Originally from Kentucky, Tom moved to St. Louis to raise his family and then flourished as a respected CPA in St. Charles until his retirement in 2019.

Tom joins his parents Carline and Imogene Sims in eternal peace. He is survived by his caring daughter Gretchen Price, loving son Thomas Patrick Sims and daughter-in-law Angey Sims, cherished grandchildren Cameo, Alyssa, Rylan, and Keegan, adored great-granddaughters Paisley, Peyton, and Presley, and devoted brother Bill Sims and sister-in-law Janet Sims.

Tom will be remembered for his gentle kindness, subtle humor, steadfast loyalty, and most profoundly, for his role as a devoted grandfather. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a cause close to Tom’s heart.
