Thomas Anthony Steigerwald

Thomas Anthony Steigerwald peacefully passed away on July 7th, 2024, at 63 years old.

Tommy was born on February 6th, 1961. Beloved Son of the late Daniel and Marian Steigerwald. Devoted father of the late Thomas Steigerwald II. Dear brother and brother-in-law to Suzanne (Michael) Cody, Mark (Amy) Steigerwald and the late Paul Steigerwald. Tommy was an uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Tommy cherished those he loved above all else. He acted as a true confidant to others over the years; always willing to lend an ear with no judgement. 

Tommy proudly served in the United States Marines, demonstrating his commitment and dedication to his country. Something he wore as a badge of honor.

Tommy worked in the trucking business his entire professional life. He had a passion for helping others and took pride in his daily work. Many of Tommy’s colleagues and mentors became like brothers to him and he proudly held these relationships close to his heart. Tommy had an infectious smile, and he knew no stranger. Even leading up to his final days he was still attempting to find ways to make others laugh. He had a sense of humor like no other and never missed an opportunity to make others smile. His positive outlook on life and immense strength in the face of adversity was a true inspiration to all he encountered.

Tommy will always hold a special place in our hearts and has now joined his Father, Mother, Brother, and Son in heaven. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
