Deacon Thomas "Tom" Willbrand

Deacon Thomas “Tom” Joseph Willbrand, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, February 29, 2024 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Sonia Willbrand (nee Saidy); cherished son of the late Archibald and Gertrude Willbrand (nee Baumann); devoted father of Michael (Sandy) Willbrand, Larry (Lori) Willbrand, Cindy Shea, Jim Willbrand, Bob (Angelita) Willbrand, Mary (Tom) Fleming, Kathryn (Randy) Bridges, Laura (Kurt) Kotsis, Michelle (Jason) Buddenhagen and Tommy (Kristine) Willbrand, Jr.; loving grandfather of 32; great-grandfather of 32; dear brother of Marva Lee Prinster, the late John Willbrand, the late William Willbrand and the late Rose Marie Wynn. 

Deacon Tom was a lifelong member of St. Peter Catholic Church, where he was also a Deacon for 20 years. He was also a member and a Chaplain of the Knights of Columbus Council #823. He retired from McDonnell Douglas after 37 years as a purchaser. Deacon Tom proudly and honorably served in the United States Army. Tom was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Above all, his faith and family were most important to him. 

Deacon Tom was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
