Tracy D. Phillips

Phillips, Tracy D., of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Friday, June 13, 2014 at the age of 77.  Beloved son of the late James Ottie and Frances Gene Sanford; devoted father of Barb (the late Matthew) Hollis and Gary James Phillips; cherished grandfather of Courtney L. Hollis, Nicholas M. Hollis and Kyle R. Hollis; also survived by the mother of his children, RoseMary Bryson (nee: Baum). He is preceded in death by his siblings Norman Phillips, Gerald Phillips and Jacqueline Phillips-Gutman and his step-mother Thelma Phillips.

Tracy was a member of AA (Recovering for 34 years) and most recently was a sponsor. He enjoyed fishing and was an outdoorsman, but most of all loved spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed.
