Nghia "Jay" Nguyen, of Ballwin, MO, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023 at the age of 44. Beloved son of the late Lillian Mach; stepson of Biet Du; devoted father of Daniel Bell-Nguyen, Aaliyah, Jacory, Caiden, Naia, Jada, Nghia; dear brother of Thuy (Qui Tran) Nguyen, Chi Mach. Jay is also preceded in death by his brother, Troung Nhan Nguyen.

Jay, a seasoned bartender with a great sense of humor and an infectious smile, charmed patrons for many years. Known for his calm demeanor and quick wit, he created a positive atmosphere at the bar, where people gravitated toward his engaging conversations and laughter. Beyond mixology, Jay's love for his children and passion for cleanliness showcased his caring nature. In every aspect of his life, Jay left a lasting impression with warmth, humor, and unwavering optimism. Jay was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
