He worked as a supervisor in the gaming industry for nine years. Mr. Lewis is survived by his parents of St. Peters Missouri, one brother, Sean R. Lewis of St. Peters Missouri, his grandparents, Cargill and Elsie Lewis of Mason City Illinois, and Arnold and Eileen Pettit of Bradford Illinois, a great grandmother, Agnes Bustle of Mason City Illinois, and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
