Ursula Stephens (nee Schebesta), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023, at the age of 95. Cherished daughter of the late Josef and Helena Schebesta. Devoted mother of Leland "Lee" (Paula) Stephens, Craig Stephens, and Debra Kovac; loving grandmother of Andrea (Tim) Dunn, Will Kovac, Kimberly (Kevin) Kovac Lee, Alex (Tara) Stephens, Kelsea (Dan) Pignato, and Rachel (Cory) Atkisson; treasured great-grandmother of MaryBeth Bolton, Tanner Bolton, Ava Pignato, Blaire Pignato, Mackland Stephens, Callan Stephens, Quinn Stephens, Eriza  Atkisson, Evangeline Ann Atkisson, Emerson Lee, Harper Lee, Hannah Lee; dear sister of the late Helga (Gere) Rommel.

Ursula was born and raised in Germany. When she was 18 years old, she arrived in the United States to marry her husband after WWII. Ursula worked as a bookkeeper for Meadowbrook Country Club. She later worked for St. Charles County Soil and Water Conservation District. Ursula was a devoted mother and grandmother. Ursula was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Ursula's name to the donor's choice.
