Ussery, Hoyt "Doc", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at the age of 85. Dear husband of 64 and 11 months of the late Dorothy Belle Ussery NEE: Akers; beloved son of the late Hoyt DeLoach Ussery Sr. and the late Ida Mae Duncan; devoted father of Hoyt "Sonny" (Janet) Ussery, Madith (Mike) Johnson and Karis Watkins; cherished grandfather of Tracie Johnson, Jeff (Mindy) Johnson, Pax DeBejar Ananda, Heather (Brian) Ussery Johnston, Alison (Garrett) Ussery Blust, Bobby Watkins and Birdie (Aaron Kanady) Watkins; treasured great-grandfather of Katy, Anna and Sophie Johnson, Luke and Noah Johnson, Isabella, Paige and Cole Johnston, Justice and Michael Kanady; dear brother-in-law of Robert Watts, Mary Akers, Mabel Ross and Faye Presley; dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. He was employed as a Tool and Die Maker at McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, MO for 42 years. Hoyt was a member of the National Rifle Association and International Association of Machinist, a former member of the St. Charles Chapter of the Loyal Order of Moose, and a St. Charles County Bowling Hall of Fame inductee.
