Valerie Barker-Bequette

Valerie "Birdie" Barker-Bequette, of Wentzville, Missouri, died on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at the age of 38. Dear daughter of Russell and Brenda Barker, Jr.; loving wife of Al Bequette; devoted mother of Jordan Ashley Boucher, Justin David Boucher, Baby Luke Vallen Bequette, Justin Baker, Marty Baker, Jr., and Brandi Baker; prized sister of Victoria Vernon and Tim Hackel; dear aunt of Jack Vernon; darling niece of Thomas (Theresa) Barker and Linda (Patrick) Purcell; and treasured cousin of Wesley and William Purcell. Valerie is also survived by many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Mona Maxine Barker. Valerie’s passion was spending time with her children, family and friends. In her spare time, she truly enjoyed singing, playing the guitar, writing poetry and music, and enjoyed country music.
