Vallerie “Val” Forbes

Forbes, Vallerie "Val", of Florissant, Missouri, died on Friday, January 6, 2012 at the age of 63. Lifetime companion of William Forbes, Sr. Beloved daughter of the late Lloyd and Stella Valentine; devoted mother of Rebecca (Scott) Shaw, Mary "Michelle" (David) Uetrecht, William "Bill" Forbes, David (Jenny) Forbes and Shannon (Kevin) Lingle; cherished grandmother of 14; treasured great-grandmother of 6; dear sister of Peggy, Lori and Gary; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Judy and Tommy. Val enjoyed playing bingo, playing her "Pick 3" lottery tickets and most of all being with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
