Leonard "Vance" Phillips

Leonard “Vance” Phillips, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at the age of 78. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Phillips; cherished son of the late William Leonard Phillips and the late Oddie Belle Hicks; devoted father of William L. Phillips III (Neesa), Chris Phillips, Meloddie Phillips and Michael Gibbs; loving grandfather of (13); treasured great-grandfather of (5); dear brother of Marybelle (the late Kenny) Davis; and a host of faithful spiritual friends.
