Vance Roemer Gribble

Vance Roemer Gribble of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, July 29, 2019 at the age of 62. Beloved husband of the late Debra Kay Gribble; cherished son of Sally A. and the late Val Gribble; devoted father of Ben (Allie) Gribble, and Tom Gribble; loving grandfather of August Gribble; dear brother of Kurt (Mitzi) Gribble; treasured uncle of Kevin (Paige) Gribble, Katelyn (Jack) Meyer, and Clark Gribble; and his beloved dogs, Ella and Yogi. Vance is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and many dear friends.

Vance worked as Chief Inspector for the St. Charles County Highway Department. He loved to play golf, enjoyed skiing, and especially loved to travel with his late wife to their house in Florida. Vance was even-keeled. He was a very giving man, and willing to help anyone. Vance loved to entertain, BBQ, and enjoy the pool with his friends and family. Vance was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Vance's name to Pedal the Cause.
