Meier, Velma L., (nee: Stafford), of Wentzville, MO, died on Thursday, November 26, 2015, at the age of 81. Loving wife of the late Walter Meier and the late Harold Dyer; beloved daughter of the late O.K. and Ruby Stafford, Sr.; devoted mother of Brad Harrelson, Alan Dyer, and Debbie Nicolai; cherished grandmother of Jeremy (Kellie) Kessler, Sarah (Michael) Dalmolin, Danielle (Jared) Sanders, and Brad Dyer; treasured great-grandmother of Kannon Kessler, Jayden Kessler, Anthony Dalmolin, Kali Dalmolin, and Andrew Dalmolin; dear sister of O.K. (Sharon) Stafford, Jr., Dolores Davis, and Floyd Stafford.
