Venita Fay Campbell

Campbell, Venita Fay (nee: Plemons) of O’Fallon, MO, died on Tuesday September 27, 2016, at the age of 67. Loving wife of Patrick J. Campbell; beloved daughter of Horace (Sarah) Plemons and the late Virginia Plemons; devoted mother of David Noah (Allyson) Campbell, Kimberly Lynn (Todd) Just, and Melinda Gail Duncan; cherished grandmother of Shealen, Brooklyn, Caden, Emma, Leo, Brenna, and Felix; dear sister of Cindy (Al) Shaw and Rick Plemons; and also a loving aunt, sister-in-law, cousin, and dear friend to many. She is preceded in death by her sister, Linda Hoppe and her aunt, Venita Trascher.

Venita adored her children and grandchildren, ministering to senior adults, and fishing with her father. She loved so many. Venita blessed friends with crocheted blankets and cookies at Christmas time, almost always baking to holiday songs sung by Elvis. Venita will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorials may be made in the form of flowers or through contributions to the building fund of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
