Verna L. Gibbs

Verna Lou Gibbs (nee Bollinger), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Carl E. Gibbs, Ir.; devoted mother of Maria (John) VonderHaar and Timothy (Holly) Caugh; stepmother of Michelle Gibbs; loving grandmother of John (Nicole) VonderHaar, Ill, Colleen (Matthew) O'Neil, Brittney Gibbs, Sean Gibbs, Mecedes Gibbs and Lacey Steele; treasured great-grandmother of four; dear sister of John (Shirley) Bollinger; aunt of John (Susan) Bollinger; Verna is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Verna was an avid St. Louis Cardinals Baseball fan. In her free time she loved gardening and going to the local casinos. Verna was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
